As a Holistic Nutrition Coach, I am a certified professional who addresses dietary and lifestyle modifications from a whole-body perspective to enhance my clients' overall well-being. As a coach, I collaborate with my clients and serve as a mentor to help them reach their weight loss objectives. I deal with every facet of my clients' lives, not just their diet. Nutrition and diet, health, relationships, physical activity, job, spirituality, home environment, and much more are all included in the customised wellness plan. Through one-on-one coaching, I spend time with clients in an effort to foster relationships and trust that will enable long-lasting and sustainable changes in their lives.

For me, holistic weight reduction entails taking efforts to support holistic weight loss and using a mind-body approach to create long-lasting weight improvements. It is a change in the client's fundamental identity that prevents self-sabotage and becomes sustainable. It's a bio-individual strategy. Long-term weight control requires consistent, minor behavioural changes that go beyond diet. Sustainable weight loss comprises 8 simple principles: Sleep Deep, Drink Up, Sweat Often, Stress Less, Eat Empowered, Live Consciously, Love More and Nurture Yourself. In our one-on-one coaching sessions, we delve deeply into these concepts.

This work is not a quick fix. It is not a crash diet, but rather a way of life. women who are looking for a quick fix or are not willing to follow through long-term, will not have good results. This approach is not suited for people who are ready to make health a priority in their lives.

I will not diagnose, prevent, treat, cure, or heal, as this is out of my scope of practice
I may recommend supplementation, but only to supplement whole and nutritious foods.
I will create a wellness program to support overall health and to achieve goals; this may include using nutrient-dense whole foods, menu plans, supplements (if needed) and lifestyle modifications.
